It just confirms your lh surge. The only way to confirm O is with temping. U can get a pos. opk and not O. U can also get a neg. opk but temp rise which means u did O. It is possible your body prepared to O but didn't. BBT shows AFTER O. (You don't get your change on BBT until after you have already O). OPK advised 24-36 hours PRIOR to O. By using OPK and BBT, you should forecast your O date with the OPK and verify you did O via BBT. Whenever you get a few minutes (okay, like 20 or so), I recommend checking out peeonastick.com.
